What is Causal Coaching?

Most people are very skeptical to hear that there can be one solution to  many different problems.Of course, it sounds too simple – an over reaching promise.

Losing it with your kids?

Overwhelmed with work? Worrying all the time?

Struggling with the self-confidence to make a life change?

Wanting to leave a job, or a relationship – but never doing anything about it?

You can begin to change your behavior in any of these situations with causal coaching model. What it does is help you to pinpoint the thought (not emotion) that leads to the actions you do, or do not, take.

With the right tools, you can manage the thoughts and emotions that are disrupting your calm in the moment and those that are holding you back from the life that you want.

Having moved myself from limited knowledge of this to practicing these tools on a daily basis, I can tell you that there is ENORMOUS POWER in understanding the level of control that you have over how you interpret and experience life.

This is not just positive thinking. It is about understanding WHY your brain feeds up what it does and being intentional about giving it a more balanced perspective. And it is LIFE CHANGING.

My primary audience is midlife women, but the model I coach to is completely universal. We’re all working with a human brain and, honestly, not that long of a list of issues that get in our way.

This tool helps you to feel better and take different action. I am certified in teaching  you how to apply it, in whatever your challenge might be. Then, you take that skill with you for a lifetime.
